Returns & Exchanges

NHSCOT offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your NHSCOT purchase you may return your purchase to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Note, we do not reimburse shipping charges. All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.


Your product must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it (or still have the tags attached) for refund or exchange.


Items that have received custom embroidery services require prior authorization in order to be returned. These items may only be returned if the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, defective or they differ in style, color, size or embroidery than originally ordered.

ScotlandShop Orders:
Products ordered through the ScotlandShop must adhere to the ScotlandShop’s Returns & Exchange policies.


To return your NHSCOT product:
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain 11an RMA number simply email us at [email protected] and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return or exchange and why. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.


* Returns with a sales receipt or packing slip will receive a refund issued in the same form as the initial form of payment. NOTE: we do not reimburse shipping charges.
* Returns where a coupon was redeemed will result in an adjusted refund amount.
* Returns without a receipt or packing slip and RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged.
* Returns with a gift receipt/packing slip will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
* Returns for exchange or credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
* All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We do not reimburse shipping charges.


Return Instructions:
* Pack the item(s) securely in the original package, if possible, or use packaging that will not damage the items.
* Enclose a copy of the original packing slip with the item(s) to be returned. Be sure to keep the original for your records.
* Clearly address the package label with our address below, or use the bottom portion of your packing slip as a label. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return parcel.
* Take the package to any post office or carrier outlet to have your package shipped to the address listed below. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
